I can't say enough good things about this practice, that's how good everything was. I've seen Dr. Ian M for the past 8 months as a new patient. He was the 3rd dentist I interviewed and had do a treatment plan; I needed some major work!Dr. Ian handled everything: I did not need a separate periodontist, a separate surgeon, a separate general dentist. He pays close attention to details in his work and all the work has surpassed my expectations. I had 3 extractions and 3 surgical extractions. I had 3 implants (in tricky locations, followed by a bridge and a crown). I thought it would take over a year to get the work done, and it would have been if I had needed to book into separate practices for each specialty. But with Dr. Ian McLaughlin handling all of it I was able to keep booking the next steps in advance saving months!

A Great Decision!

I am petrified of the dentist (the drilling/sounds/lights/laying down with people overlooking me makes me quite anxious). That said, I truly appreciate how welcoming the staff are, how individualized the care is, how remarkable the communication is and how easy it is to get an appointment! I feel confident about the job being done and am very content after a cleaning. My father has also been getting exceptional care - it is comforting to know that he’s finally getting the dental attention he requires. I also think it’s so important and noteworthy that they have Spanish speaking providers (my father only speaks Spanish and occasionally has a difficult time advocating for himself with dentists). I also love that they know who I am when I walk in! Switching to this practice was a great decision!

Can't Thank Them Enough!

I was comfortable the whole time I was there. Even though I had a tooth extracted, it was still the best experience that I have had in a long time at the Dentist. I appreciate more than they know that they are able to work with me on payments which is important in the crazy times we live in. And I can't thank them enough

Always available in an emergency!

Always available if an emergency pops up. Staff is great from front office to Doctor’s assistants. Dr Ian is not only a great Dentist, he is friendly, has a sense of humor and engages with his patients. If you are looking for a Dentist, forget those mini mall establishments and call McLaughlin Family Dentists. You won’t be sorry. 😁

Dr. Ian and his staff are top notch. Dr. Ian spent the time needed with me to explain what the situation was with my teeth. I highly recommend him!

Good as new!

I called at 8:00am with an emergency - I was called back within 10 minutes for an appt at 10:30am and was good as new at 11:10! I love Dr Ian . Marcella and the entire front desk who helped me SO much - and on a Monday morning!

This Place has it all!

This place has it all. Dr. McLaughlin has been my dentist for 13 years. He is not only a talented dentist, he is also personable and goes out of his way to create a treatment plan and environment that is most responsive to the needs of each individual in his care. Dr. McLaughlin is supported by a team of dental assistants who offer expert care as well as by an exceptionally organized, efficient and customer friendly team of office managers who strive each year to create even greater efficiencies.

I have never enjoyed trips to the dentist, however this Doctor and his team are at all times professional, compassionate and completely honest with respect to you dental situation. They do their best to keep you well informed about your billing and let you know prior to continuing any dental procedure as to costs and alternative treatments. I am happy that I am their patient, but I am not always happy with the news they have regarding my teeth. Highly recommended.
